Stop Complaining Start Serving

Charity to Curb Taxation

Love, benevolence, good will; that disposition of heart which inclines men to think favorably of their fellow men, and to do them good. The highest exercise of charity, is charity towards the uncharitable.

We should be cautious to implement political polices requiring compulsory redistribution of income or wealth through taxation, lest we undermine the love and charity present when assistance is provided to those in need through an act of free will, uncoerced by the state.

It is more blessed to give than to receive.

It is far better to give freely than to be forced.

If you’re against state mandated wealth redistribution:

  1. STOP sitting on your hands and complaining
  2. GO find the need in your community and serve.

The only way we can change the world is by starting with ourselves.

How do you (or how do you plan to) serve?
