Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp raw honey (find a local source on LocalHarvest.org)
- 1 Tbsp raw ACV (apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tsp vitamin C powder
- 12-16 oz pure water
Instructions:
- combine all ingredients in a glass and stir with vigor until it’s all combined
- drink down quickly.
