52.7 – Holistic Personal Peace

So, I’m into pretty much anything “holistic.”

What the heck is holistic?

  1. Characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the physical
  2. Characterized by comprehension of the parts of something as intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole.

Why it makes sense?

Think about it. The word holistic is based on addressing every part of our being – learn it, love it.

What are the holistic parts of our being?

As I see it:

  1. financial
  2. physical
  3. social
  4. mental
  5. career
  6. family
  7. spiritual.

Write your goals for each category

Based on the seven holistic categories, what are your targeted goals?

I like this solution of basing our yearly goals on the 52.7 strategy.

52.7

  1. Write down your categories and goals, and perform each goal, in each category, for 52 days.

After following through for 52 days, they’ll be habit.

If, after the 52 days you’re unhappy with the habit – quit it.

If, you’re happy with the habit – keep it.

Next:

Make new categorical goals for the next 52 days, and make them happen – without excuses.

Let the community know what’s up

I know very little so, add your expertise to grow the community!
